Dear crocheters!!! Welcome back to another post of the school of crochet. In this post and the video below you will learn how to crochet the CABLE  stitch.

In order to make this stitch  it would be better if you'd make some practice on the FRONT POST RIBBED TREBLE crochet stitch 

and  on the BACK POST RIBBED DOUBLE crochet stitch. 
as well.

FRONT POST RIBBED TREBLE crochet stitch 

Instructions:

the slip knot and the foundation chain

1. Make the slip knot and the foundation chain,   of a multiple of 8+4.







2. Make a row of double crochets.

3. Row 1:
4 double crochets, skip 2 chs, 2 Front post treble crochets, back to the stitches skipped 2 Front post treble crochets, 4 double crochets.
