Dear Knitters, welcome back to another post of knitting!!!

As I have already said, there are a lot of  cast-on methods. In order to knit, are enough one or two methods. 

In any case I propose  as many as I can so you can choose the one that is easier for you or the  one that is the right one for your pattern.

In this post and the video below I'll show you haw to cast on when you want to  knit the knit stitch.

ΠΛΕΞΙΜΟ: Πως  ΡΙΧΝΟΥΜΕ ΘΗΛΙΕΣ Πλέξιμο με βελόνες, πώς ρίxνουμε πόντους

Υπάρχουν διάφοροι τρόποι τους οποίους μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε για να ρίξουμε θηλιές. Αν  προσπαθήσει κανείς να τους μάθει όλους θα χάσει τα αβγά και τα καλάθια :) γι'αυτό αρκέι κανείς να γνωρίζει δύο ή τρεις και θα μπορέσει να πλέξει οτιδήποτε επιθυμίσει στην ζωή του.... εγώ γνωρίζω μόνο τρεις και είναι αυτοί που έμαθα από την γιαγιά και την μαμά...

Για να ρίξουμε θηλιές μας χρειάζεται μόνο μία βελόνα... για να υπολογίσουμε το μήκος της κλωστής που μας χρειάζεται γι να ρίξουμε θηλιές, αρκεί να πάρουμε 3 φορές το φάρδος  που υπολογίζουμε οτι θέλουμε να είναι το πλεκτό μας.

Κρατούμε το κοντό μέρος της κλωστής στην αριστερή μεριά και το μακρύ στην δεξιά πλευρά του αριστερού μας χεριού.

 Kρατούμε με το δεξί χέρι την βελόνα και στο αριστερό κρατούμε την κλωστή.

Πώς κάνουμε τον αρχικό κόμπο

Για να κάνετε τον αρχικό κόμπο ακολουθήστε τις κινήσεις των φωτογραφιών 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, και 6.
Στην συνέχεια περάστε την βελόνα στον κόμπο και ρίξτε τις θηλιές.

Πώς ρίχνουμε θηλιές

Τοποθετούμε τον αντίχειρα και τον δείκτη όπως στην φωτογραφία 7 και χωρίζουμε τις δύο κλωστές. Στην συνέχεια ακολουθήστε τις κινήσεις μου στις φωτογταφίες 8, 9,10 και 11

All knitting starts with casting on. This creates loops on the needle which will become the first row of stitches. In this post and the video below you can learn how to start knitting by using the Long Tail Cast-On Method or the continental cast-on method.

How long should be the yarn?

The length of the yarn should be 3 times longer than the length you need. (picture 1)

Keep the short part of the yarn on your right hand and the short on the left. ( picture 2)

When casting on keep the yarn on the left hand and the needle on the right ( picture 3)

The slip knot

Roll around the fingers as I do in the pictures 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,

then bring the yarn through the loop, creating a loop with a knot at the end (picture 9) ... Slide slip knot onto needle.  Pull yarn to tighten knot (picture 10)

 Cast on Written Instructions 

Insert the index and thumb fingers as  in picture 10 and separate the two parts of the yarn. open the two fingers and insert the needle from left to right under the yarn that there is on the thumb finger  as  in  picture 11 

Then bring the needle under the yarn there is on the index finger (pointer finger) as in picture 12 and then under back towards the thumb as in picture 13

Drop the head of the needle back down through the loop around your thumb and release your thumb from the loop and pull the yarn.(picture 14)
