In this video tutorial I'll  show how to crochet a rib pattern that looks like it has been knitted (K1 P1).

 Instructions:

In order to crochet the Rib stitch we use the stitches:

Slip Knot and foundation chain

Single rochet Stitch in US terminology, double crochet stitch according to UK terminology

 Slip Stitch ( in this tutorial I show how to crochet it)

Row 1: 

Crochet the number of chain stitches you want, in the video we have 12, turn.

Row 2: 

Work 1 chain stitch, 1 single crochet stitch (double crochet) in each chain stitches the entire row, turn.

Row 3: 

Work 1 chain stitch, 1 slip stitch in each of the single crochet stitch (double crochet) the entire row, turn.

Row 4:

 Work 1 chain stitch, 1 single crochet stitch (double crochet) in each slip stitch the entire row, turn.

Repeat row 3 and 4 for desired measurement.
