Make the magic ring and 8 single crochets into the ringRound 1:
ch 1 + 1 single crochet, 2 single crochets in each one of the stitches, sl st
Round 2:
ch 1 +1 single crochet, 2 single crochets in each one of the stitches, sl st
Round 3:
ch 1 , 1 back loop single crochets in each one of the stitches, sl st
If you want to make bigger the basket:
ch 1 + 1 single crochet, *1 single crochet in each one of the next 2 stitches, 2 single crochets into the next one*, sl st
Round 4:
ch 1 + 1 single crochet , 1 single crochet in each one of the stitches, sl st
Alternate 2 knit stitches and 2 purl stitches
