Instructions:

Hold the needle with the cast on stitches in your left hand and the empty needle in your right hand.

Push the tip of the right needle into the front of the loop of the stitch on the left needle so that it crosses in front of the left needle, yarn over, pull the tip of the right needle out through the first loop, taking the yarn with it. Make sure that you do not pull too hard or you may pull some of the stitches off the left needle.

Insert the right needle into the front part of a loop on the left needle from the left side, catch the yarn with the point of the right needle, and bring it through the first loop to form a new loop , pull the tip of the right needle out through the first loop, taking the yarn with it.
