 The Front Post Double Crochet is one of the stitches that give a sense of sculpture when crocheting Front or Back Front;

There is a group of stitches that give this sense when working this way:
Simple Crochet
Half Double Crochet
Double Crochet and so on and so forth...

Instructions:

In the video tutorial I've already began with ch 15 and two rounds of Double crochet.


Yarn over 

insert the hook in the lower part of the stitch you would like to work as in the pictures

take the yarn there's behind and bring it forth

Yarn over once and work the first 2 loops there are on the hook
Yarn over again and work and  work the two loops that remained on the hook.
