How to crochet a Heart Shape Pattern
Hi everybody :)
In this post I'll show you how to crochet a Heart Shaper Pattern.
I've already made two video tutorial: one in Greek and one in Italian and shortly I'll make one more in English.
For now I insert the links to the crochet a Heart Shape Pattern in Italian version and crochet a Heart Shape Pattern Part 1 in Greek version.
A filet consists in crocheting empty and solid squares.
Generally, in order to calculate the number of chain stitches we need we must count the number of squares.
If we are going to use 4 double crochet solid squares we multiply with the number 3.
Then we must add, 3 chain stitches that count as I double crochet stitch and in case we start with an empty square we must add another 2 chain stitches.
The Heart Shaped pattern
Instructions:
In this filet pattern we have 13 squares so we multiply 13x 3
Then we add 3 chain stitches that count as a double crochet and as I start with an empty square we add another 2 more chain stitches.
In the pattern the blank squares are empty squares and the ones containing the ball are solid squares.
